What is a recliner lift chair?
Recliner lifts chairs are also often referred to as a power lift chair or an
electric liftchair. They often come in a variety of sizes, colours and are available in small to
large widths.
A recliner lift chair looks and operates very similar to a standard recliner
chair, but with one main difference. They not only allow you to recline and find a comfortable
position, but they also raise up, helping you get in and out of your chair without the need of
having to exert with putting you unnecessary pressure on your shoulders, arms hips and legs.
The Sleeptime recliner lift chair helps you stand slowly and gently,
minimising risk of fatigue or injury.
Even if you’re caring for a loved one you can find benefit in a Sleeptime
recliner lift chair.
Carers often struggle with, and injure themselves when helping their loved ones into or out of a
seated position

Would I benefit from a recliner lift chair?
If you struggle getting into, or out of a chair. Or if you suffer from medical
conditions such as arthritis, poor circulation, back pain, you may find particular benefit from
a Sleeptime recliner lift chair. The mechanism in our recliner lift chairs aids you, by doing
the vast majority of the work in helping you get to an upright position, which can help not only
minimise any suffering now, but also help prevent any further injuries that could have happened
by exerting your body.
Being able to choose your ideal seated position can help with reducing risk or
pressure sores, muscle, assist in improving circulation, and help provide optimum support,
helping you stay more comfortable, for longer periods of within.
Getting the most out of your chair.
Once your Sleeptime recliner lift chair is home, you might want to ensure
there is adequate room on either side of the chair, to ensure you can reach the remote control
or handy side pockets easily,
Its also a great idea to ensure there are no obstructions in either the front,
or the back of the chair, allowing your recliner lift chair to fully recline, and raise, that
way you can take full advantage of all the benefits you can from your chair.
Included with your chair is an easy-to-read instruction manual. Take a few
minutes to read over this, while becoming familiar with the remote control, and functions of
your chair.
