Conditions of sale

All prices are subject to change without notice by Sleeptime.

All Custom-made beds, require a minimum 50% deposit. The order will not be accepted until a deposit of 50% is received. All orders will be processed after deposit received; the lead time will be calculated for the payment date.

Warranties

We will not refund or replace a product where in our reasonable opinion the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.

Our Products have the following warranty,

Adjustable bases 10 years warranty,

Mattress warranty 5 to 10 years depending on model.

Lift chairs 5 years

Sheets : 2 years

Pillows 1 year

The warranty is from purchase date, we warrant to rectify, repair, or replace any defects in materials and workmanship on our range.

The warranty does NOT cover:Rips, weaving, pilling, creasing or fading of fabric or leather, or damage caused by misuse or improper cleaning.

Change of Mind Purchases

Please choose carefully. The majority of our items cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons or because furniture orders have been placed to meet your specific needs. Due to this reasons we do not give refunds or offer exchanges for change of mind. It is at our complete discretion to offer a refund, exchange or credit; if you have clear proof of purchase; the product and packaging is in its original condition.

Under the health act, all soft furnishing items (including sheets, pillows, mattress toppers etc.) are non-refundable unless faulty.

Damaged Items

Please check all goods carefully, as later claims for damage may not be accepted. If any product you receive is damaged or faulty through no fault of your own, it will be repaired, replaced discretion and at no cost to you. It is important that you notify us immediately, within 24 hours of delivery, as we will be unable to accept your claim after this point.

Cancellation Policy

Request for cancellation must be sent via e-mail. Written confirmation will be returned to you within two business days to confirm or deny your cancellation requests.

Order cancellations are subject to a restocking fee which is 20% of the total price of products indicated in the sales contract.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for all items if it was due to change of mind. Therefore, it is crucial that the buyer ensures that all ordered items are what they are after.

Should you cancel this order after deposit is taken:

• a cancellation fee of 20% applies

Deposit is non-refundable except for circumstances listed in our cancellation policy.

Services such as delivery, installation and other services requested are not refundable.

After supply of goods, Sleeptime is not obliged to refund for incorrect choice or change of mind purchases.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your partial refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, 10 business days.
